Shipping Claims Policy
At Wright’s Media, we want your order to arrive safely and in good condition. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of the recorded delivery date so we can review the issue and assist with next steps.
Claims reported after 15 days may not be eligible for replacement or resolution. In those cases, the customer may be responsible for purchasing a replacement at full cost.
Reporting Timeframe
Customers must report any lost, stolen, or damaged shipment within 15 days of the recorded delivery date.
To help us review claims promptly, all required information must be submitted within that timeframe.
How to Report a Shipping Issue
If there is an issue with your order, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Inspect Your Order
Please inspect your package and product as soon as it arrives. Check both the item and the shipping box for any visible damage.
Step 2: Document the Issue
If your item is damaged, please take 4 to 5 clear photos showing:
- The damage to the product
- The outside of the shipping box
- Any visible damage to the packaging materials, if applicable
These photos are required so our team can properly review the claim.
Step 3: Contact Us by Email
Email our team (insert email address here) within 15 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- The required photos, if the item is damaged
Step 4: Await Review and Next Steps
Once we receive your claim, our team will review the information provided and follow up with the next steps. Additional information may be requested if needed.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, the claim must include 4 to 5 clear images of both the damaged item and the shipping box. Claims submitted without photos may be delayed or may not be eligible for review.
Lost or Stolen Orders
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, the issue must still be reported within 15 days of the recorded delivery date. Our team will review the claim and determine what options may be available.
Late Claims
Any claim reported after 15 days of the recorded delivery date may be denied. If a replacement is still requested after that time, the customer may be responsible for the full replacement cost.
